MISSION STATEMENT:

The Appleton City Police Department is dedicated to ensuring that Appleton City remain a safe and comfortable community in which to live and raise families. We do this through serving the citizens of Appleton City, Missouri with pride and integrity.
We all have important values and ideas, things we care about and want to share. Sometimes we feel our ideas can even change the world, and we want to let other people know how they can join in and make all our lives better. We, the officers of the Appleton City, Missouri Police Department, stand proudly behind our ideal that our career in law enforcement involves protecting our community with both pride and integrity. It is our desire to better our community through hard work and dedication to upholding the ideals of our City charter as well as those embodied with our State and Federal Constitution.
